NOTE: If problems persist when trying to log in and the system blocks a user from doing so, then the difficulty usually relates to the settings in the user's browser and anti-virus software: In the "Tools" and "Options" area of your browser there are Security settings that should allow "cookies". If you have anti-virus software then, at least for our site, it must Allow scripting and Allow your browser to pass information about it and your network to our server. This is so that our server can track your browser when you log on. These settings and Allowances have nothing to do with personal information (which we do not access from your system at all), but simply allows our server to identify your browser and network settings in a technical sense to track you during your session in terms of your username and password.
